International Short Film specifications

Submission Info:
1. Twenty films will be accepted in this category
2. Films of all categories are accepted, including but not limited to fiction, documentary, experimental, or animation
3. Film duration needs be less than 40 minutes
4. The production year needs to be within the last year
5. The best movie wins a the festival trophy statuette, The Crystal Arkab
6. The academy will select only one winner for the Best Director category
7. A premiere status is not mandatory for the film
